Catherine's is proud to present diners with a variety of menu options.   We work weekly with our vendors and farmers to establish food choices that are the freshest and most seasonal offerings, while maintaining some of our classic house-favorites.  Many of our dishes are reflective of Chef Stephen Serkes' classical training and experience at restaurants in Canada, France, and New York city, while combining his grandmother Catherine's family traditions, and local Hudson Valley flare.
